GenrePulse provides:

• For Readers: A free email newsletter featuring discounted and free Kindle books, delivered daily based on your selected genre preferences.
• For Authors: A paid book promotion service that features your Kindle book in our newsletter to subscribers, with click tracking and analytics.

3. Reader Terms

Newsletter Subscription

• You must provide a valid email address to subscribe
• You must confirm your email address via double opt-in
• You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email
• The newsletter service is provided free of charge

Book Deals

• All book deals are subject to change by the book seller (typically Amazon)
• We do not guarantee that prices will remain as advertised
• We are not responsible for content, quality, or availability of featured books
• All purchases are made directly through Amazon or other retailers

4. Author Terms

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Book Requirements

Books submitted for promotion must:

• Be available on Amazon Kindle
• Be at a discounted or free price on the promotion date (FREE, $0.99, or other sale price)
• Be owned or authorized by you for promotion
• Comply with Amazon's content guidelines
• Not contain illegal, defamatory, or obscene content

Payment and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Campaigns may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled send time
• No refunds are available after the promotional email has been sent
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any booking that violates these Terms

Campaign Policies

• The same book cannot be promoted more than once within a 7-day period
• Booking cutoff is 2pm GMT on the day of promotion
• Promotional emails are sent at 6pm GMT daily
• We do not guarantee any specific number of clicks, downloads, or sales

Analytics and Data

• Click tracking data is provided for informational purposes only
• Analytics include aggregated country and device information
• We do not share subscriber email addresses or personal information with authors

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Promote books that infringe on intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by GenrePulse and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting book content for promotion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the book title, cover image, synopsis, and Amazon link in our newsletters and on our website.

7. Amazon Associates Disclosure

GenrePulse is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated international Amazon stores. Links on our website may contain affiliate tracking codes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENREPULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenrePulse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
