A homeless man weeps over a woman's body as blood flows from a gash in her throat. On a piece of paper attached to her clothes are a series of letters and numbers. The police arrest Luther and find a business card belonging to private investigator Jonelle Sweet. Identified as Susanna, the victim's twin sister Sophia hires Jonelle to discover how her sibling wound up dead on the streets of Baltimore. As Susanna's secrets are exposed, Sophia meets a similar fate. Jonelle's investigation uncovers rampant deception from all involved. Two women are dead. Is Jonelle next?
