The Rake and The Recluse: A Tale of Two Brothers

A duke nearly kills a woman who runs form the wood into the path of his horse team. He wants to be done with her, but can't fathom packing her off without making sure she is well, considering it's his fault she's injured. That, and he's inexplicably drawn to this woman who won't tell him who she is, and what she was doing on his land.
