The Changeling's Fortune

When seventeen-year-old orphan Deirdre moves to Neo-London, a city created after an attack by Unseelie faeries, she heads into the tension between faeries and city authorities. After having her fortune told, she develops uncontrollable magical abilities—making Alan Callaghan, an anti-faery general, target her.  His sons, Iain and James—a solider and a faery-obsessed student—cross paths with Deirdre. As Alan conspires to control the city, Deirdre and James plot to leave, desiring answers about her magic and James’s disappeared mother.  However, when Deirdre is framed for a treasonous crime, their quest for answers becomes a desperate quest for freedom.
