Sounds Like Obsession

I’m desperate for answers.  I gave up hacking and turned a corner. Only, I can’t forget that five years ago AJ Hart shattered me. Since then I’ve tried to put the pieces back together. Finding my birth parents gives me a purpose and keeps me distracted. Focused.  I had no idea I was being shadowed as I traveled the country on the hunt for clues. My every move watched. My every step followed. Until AJ returns. Letting AJ back into my life wasn’t a part of my plans. What’s to keep him from hurting me again?  On our way back to D.C. it doesn’t take long for us to realize something is terribly wrong. AJ swears he’s here to protect me, but I don’t know if I can believe in him again. Even if he claims he works for the FBI. With my life crashing down around my feet, I don’t know if I can forget our past.  But our lives are at stake, and the clock is ticking.
