Sea Scoundrel

Lady Patience Kendall crossed the sea to marry, only to find her intended had died. Penniless, she created a way home: She would bring rich Americans to England to find titled husbands. Belatedly, she realized they all expected to wed the Marquess of Andover. And Captain Grant St. Benedict never smiled. Just because her girls set fire to the rigging? Among other mishaps. Grant had never met a woman more irritating, or more desirable, than Lady Patience Kendall. But however dangerous his interest, he couldn’t resist teaching the delicious distraction that independence was nothing to passion.
