My Husband's Toes

In 2012, my husband's toes spoke to me for the first time.

If anyone had ever told me they could hear body parts speak, I would have considered them insane. So you can imagine my state of flabbergast the moment I saw tiny faces emerge on my husband's toes and start jabbering away. What made the entire experience even more difficult to sustain was the fact that my husband could not hear them. Thus, I had to hold all conversations with the toes when he slept.
