Former Special Air Service commander Julian Mercer is now in the business of recovering kidnapping and ransom victims, but occasionally, he finds himself taking an odd job. This time, the K&R specialist promises to hunt down the man responsible for nearly murdering an heiress and her fiancé, but that promise may cost Mercer his life.
