Keith Ramsbottom (Episode II: The Emperor Strikes Back

AD 60. Paulinus, Roman Governor of Southern Britannia, plans some spectacular gladiatorial games. Unfortunately, the most dangerous animal he can throw people to is one flea-bitten badger. To complicate matters, a Roman Envoy takes a shine to Pulchritude, a local girl and key member of rebel group SORE, and suggests marriage- well, she is nearly 14. It falls to Keith Ramsbottom, leader of SORE and his clueless side-kick Horace, to save the day by becoming ruthless gladiators. The clock is ticking. At least, it would if someone would only hurry up and invent it.
