Stormy Weathers

Lucas Miller’s life is a mess. His marriage is in shambles and his business on the edge of bankruptcy. With yet another hurricane targeting the island, he isn’t sure things can get any worse. Reporter Kimberly Weathers is saddled with the ‘wonderful opportunity’ of traveling out to Speck Island to cover rapidly approaching Hurricane Shakira. Upon arrival, she quickly crosses paths with Lucas and several other quirky islanders. Lucas and Kim soon find themselves united in a race to survive the raging storm, recover stolen pirate gold, and rescue Lucas’s estranged wife — all in time for the morning news update.
