City Of Phase

A trio of time travelers emerge onto a deserted city street as their elevator doors disappear. People materialize around them, frozen in place, but all sending the same silent message: Get out. The travelers must team up with an aging scientist uncover a country's dark secret, overthrow a corrupt leader, and save one of their own.
