A Boy's Hammer

After an explosion at a Philadelphia oil refinery, Alan Timalti, the long-missing heir to a billionaire's estate reappears, now a giant of a man and covered in tattoos and scars. At the same time, a long-dead serial killer is resurrected by a rival businessman. The resurrected killer begins terrorizing the city as Alan and the alcoholic Detective O'Brady attempt to stop the chaos.
